Three people were killed in a serious crash involving a tractor-trailer in Henry Clay Township, Fayette County Monday evening. Pennsylvania State police confirmed to Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 that a tractor-trailer and two passenger vehicles were involved in a crash along Route 40 near the Youghiogheny River Lake around 6 p.m. PSP Trooper Kalee Barnhart confirmed three people died in the crash.
