NBA player Wendell Carter Jr. confirmed that the rumors about him dating Angel Reese are true after all.
“That’s the homie for sure,” Carter, 26, said, referencing the WNBA star, 23, during his Monday, November 17, appearance on Fanduel’s Run It Back show. “We locked in. Y’all gonna find out when y’all need to find out. That’s my girl, though. We locked in for sure.”
Fans have been speculating that sparks were flying between the two pro basketball players for months after Carter was spotted at Reese’s birthday party earlier this year in May. Plus, she’s been spotted at several of Carter’s games.

On November 8, the Chicago Sky player hinted at their relationship when she shared photos of herself in Orlando Magic gear.

She also included a screenshot of a tweet that read, “[i don’t] post my boo or my money just know i got both.” Reese captioned the set of pics, “rebranding & yes, I got both.”
Reese has been one of the most talked about players in the league this season, and it’s no surprise fans were just as interested in her love life outside of the court. When she and Carter started popping up in each other’s likes and comments, every tiny interaction sent fans scrambling for clues they were dating.
