WYOMING COUNTY, Pa. — A golf course in Wyoming County has transformed into a holiday light display for the 9th straight year.

The Festival of Lights is a two-and-a-half-mile drive-through light display at Stone Hedge Golf Course near Tunkhannock.

The owner estimates there are more than four million lights throughout the attraction.

The dazzling display opens for the season on Saturday, but you can get a sneak peek on Friday for the Festival of Lights Night in Lights Fun Run and Walk. Proceeds from that event go to first responders.

Preparing for the Festival of Lights is a year-round process. And it takes about seven weeks to set up the display.

The Festival of Lights at Stone Hedge Golf Course will be open every night through December 31st, except for Christmas Eve. A portion of the admission fee will be donated to local non-profits.
