(WJAR) — The Rhode Island Department of Transportation said it rescued a nest of infant ravens that were found in a salt shed earlier this year.

According to RIDOT, it worked with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to save the federally protected species.
