Samsung’s latest Android customisation for Galaxy smartphones and tablets, One UI 8.0, brings many new features. One of them is dynamic wallpaper. These wallpapers display a spectrum of colors that keeps changing, providing you with a fresh look around the clock.Â
However, Dynamic Wallpapers had a bug where the colors stop changing, and in some cases, they get replaced with wallpapers that display a static spectrum of colors. Samsung acknowledged the issue and said that it will provide a fix soon. Well, that fix is finally here.
Samsung is rolling out an update to the Wallpaper and Style app (a hidden Samsung app that provides dynamic wallpapers, among other things). This update fixes the issue where dynamic wallpapers would get replaced with default wallpapers (via Samsung Community).
Currently, Samsung is rolling out the update in Korea. We expect the brand to release it in other regions soon. To check if the company has made it available in your region, go to the Galaxy Store, tap on the hamburger menu icon at the top left of the screen, and select Updates.
