Department warns employers of €50,000 fines and imprisonment for breaching new pension scheme rules
Employers have been warned they may face fines of up to €50,000 and imprisonment for breaching the rules of the new national auto-enrolment pension scheme called My Future Fund.
The warning is contained in Department of Social Protection documents that also provide details of a new portal for employers that is set to go live on Monday.
