Intown Golf has made its Texas debut in Houston.
HOUSTON — An Atlanta-based company that aims to provide all the benefits of a private golf club at a much more approachable scale — and price — has opened its first Texas location in Uptown Houston.
Intown Golf Club opened Dec. 4 a members-only indoor golf club at 1415 S. Post Oak Lane, about a mile north of The Galleria mall.
The club, which was announced last September, fully occupies a 14,075-square-foot building in the Four Oaks Place office complex and features a full array of golf simulators, dining and social amenities aimed at allowing golfers to get together and enjoy the game.
The new club is not only the company’s first in Texas but also the first west of the Mississippi — and only its sixth nationally.
