Despite Patrick Mahomes’ most prolific passing game of the season, the Chiefs were unable to beat the Cowboys on Thanksgiving, losing their third game in four tries.
Mahomes was efficient and effective in Dallas, completing 23-of-34 passes for 261 yards with four touchdown passes but ultimately Kansas City’s defense could not get the stops it needed.
Prior to this strong showing, Mahomes had been held in check for a three-week stretch, throwing for just one touchdown and three interceptions.
Entering Week 14, Mahomes ranks third in passing yards (3,238) and fifth in touchdowns thrown (22).
