Woody Harrelson’s super rare outing with his wife, Laura Louie, is super sweet, but it’s also resurfaced that huge scandal between them.
In case you missed it, Louie and Harrelson attended the Hollywood Walk of Fame for James L. Brooks on December 11 in Hollywood. And yes, they looked adorable together as they were all smiles for the event. You can see the photos below:

Before this, they were at the premiere of Ella McCay two days prior, but this week marks their first outings in two years! And with this outing, many new fans are reminded of the cheating scandal from 2002.
For those who don’t know, the pair married in 2008 after meeting in 1987 when she worked as his personal assistant. They share three daughters Deni, born in 1993, Zoe, born in 1996, and Makani, born in 2006. And in 2002, they were at the center of controversy.
Back then, Harrelson had a foursome with three women who were not his wife. The story goes that he was at a bar in London when two women approached him and asked if he wanted to “take a walk on the wild side.” As they were getting into a car, a third woman got in.
He spoke about the incident to The Hollywood Reporter, saying, “We went to my place, and one of the girls was a razzi [paparazzi] or worked for them, worked for the rags. And she got a photographer to come out. That one girl manipulated the other two. I was bummed when they all left together ’cause I knew it was going to happen [an article]. News of the World, it was. I never read it ’cause I didn’t want to read it.”
Since one of the women turned out to be a paparazzo, Louie found out — and she had a shockingly compassionate response.
“Laura — this really gives you a sense of the depth of her compassion — what she said to me after finding out was, ‘That must be really hard for you, to have this s— exposed,’” Harrelson told the outlet. “She just said that. Now that doesn’t mean she wasn’t upset. How did I apologize? You know, just your standard Texan grovel. But she forgave me, and we’re still together.”
And they’ve been together ever since!
