NATCHEZ — Waycaster Dungan continues to strengthen its presence across Mississippi with a growing team and a lasting commitment to thoughtful design, community collaboration, and client focused service.
Founded on a tradition of architectural excellence, the firm has built a reputation for projects that reflect both functionality and character. Its work includes historic preservation, education facilities, commercial buildings, healthcare centers, and community developments.
As Waycaster Dungan expands its reach, the Natchez office has become an important part of that growth. This location allows the firm to better serve clients throughout Southwest Mississippi and Louisiana. The Natchez team reflects the firm’s dedication to developing emerging professionals who bring fresh perspectives and creative energy to every project.
Recently, Waycaster Dungan welcomed two talented new team members to the Natchez office. Sabra Hubbard Duncan and Mattie Johnson Martinez each bring impressive academic achievements, professional dedication, and a shared love for the city they now call home.
Sabra Hubbard Duncan joined Waycaster Dungan full time after completing her summer internship with the firm in 2024. A native of Magee, Duncan earned her associate degree in Business Administration from Copiah-Lincoln Community College before graduating from Mississippi State University with a degree in Interior Design and a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation. After marrying her husband, Tate Duncan of Columbia, the couple decided to make Natchez their home.
