WATAUGA COUNTY, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man last seen leaving his job in Boone

Cameron Ross is believed to have dementia or Alzheimer’s, according to the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons. 

Ross was last seen leaving work at the Harris Teeter in Boone in a 2012 silver Ford expedition, with North Carolina license plate JKM2499. 

He was wearing a red Harris Teeter work shirt with a black long sleeve shirt underneath, black slacks, and work shoes. Ross is  6 feet and 1 inch tall and weighs around 170 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes.
