MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Mobile Police are releasing some details on a barricaded person situation.
They say the person is barricaded in a home on Tuscaloosa street.
Police told Fox 10 News Claudia Nichols they can’t confirm if anyone has been shot.
Police say SWAT is trying to make contact with the person inside.
They don’t know what led up to the situation but they are still on the scene and are asking people to avoid the area of Springhill Avenue and Tuscaloosa Street, and Old Shell Road and Tuscaloosa Street.
