HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — The United States Postal Inspection Service is looking for the suspect(s) in multiple mail thefts at an apartment complex in west Houston.
According to the USPIS, the thefts happened multiple times between November and December 2025 at the Hawthorn Terrace Apartments at 3203 Hayes Road.

The agency said it is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s).
Authorities warned people not to take any action in apprehending the suspect themselves.
Officials said if you have information about the thefts, contact the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at (713) 238-4486 and reference Case No. 4646956-MT.
