The reality TV matriarch has settled into ultimate luxury in a new Hidden Hills home, and she’s right across the street from Kylie Jenner.
New Daily Mail aerial photos reveal the full scale of the famous momager’s $21million Los Angeles mansion that she quietly snapped up in November 2024.
The sprawling estate sits inside the ultra-exclusive Hidden Hills gated community and is already shaping up to be one of the enclave’s most lavish properties.
At nearly 16,000sq ft, with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the home comes fully loaded with a fancy-looking airstream caravan parked in the driveway, a hot tub built into the outdoor pool and plenty of other A-grade amenities.
It’s the kind of setup that makes leaving the house entirely optional. But if Jenner, 70, ever does feel like stepping out to see her family, she doesn’t have to go far.

Just steps away sits Kylie’s own mansion, which the billionaire beauty mogul purchased in 2019 for $12million.
The home is her primary residence, and she lives there with daughter Stormi Webster, seven, and son Aire Webster, three, whom she shares with rapper Travis Scott, 34.
Kylie, 28, has since moved on with Chalamet, 30 – she was seen supporting him Sunday night at the Critics Choice Awards.
Chalamet, who began dating Kylie in 2023, won Best Actor for his critically acclaimed dramedy Marty Supreme.
In a rare public display of intimacy between them, the actor shouted out his ‘partner of three years’ in his acceptance speech, while Kylie was seen mouthing, ‘I love you,’ from the audience.

It is just one of the homes Kylie owns in the luxurious enclave.
In 2020 she paid pop star Miley Cyrus nearly $15million for a five-acre lot that she has since turned into a new megamansion.
The aerial shots highlight just how closely Kylie and her mother’s properties mirror each other – right down to the festive flair.
Both homes were decked out with oversized nutcracker-style Christmas soldiers flanking the doorways and massive holiday wreaths filling the windows.
Though, Kylie went a step further with her main home, decorating her front lawn with a flock of faux sheep visible from above.
Kylie’s primary property also appears to have picked up a few kid-friendly upgrades since last year.

The elder Jenner’s move is hardly her first within Hidden Hills.
She owns several properties within the gated community, and previously listed one nearby residence for $13.5million.
Early last year, the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch revealed she was saying farewell to the palatial home where she and her family first welcomed the world during their hit reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
That 8,860sq ft property boasted six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It was put into a family trust after Kris finalized her divorce from former spouse Caitlyn Jenner, 76, according to the New York Times.
‘I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,’ she told the publication at the time.
The famous mansion provided a now iconic setting for numerous scenes throughout the reality show’s run from 2007 to 2021.
Now in her 70s with an estimated net worth of around $200million, Jenner appears to be doubling down on comfort, privacy and family proximity.
With daughters Kylie, Khloe and Kim all in the neighborhood – and many of her grandkids close at hand – this latest property looks less like a splurge and more like a strategic headquarters for the Kardashian-Jenner empire.
