Controversy continues to surround Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke in 2026. The divisive alternative metal vocalist went into the new year with a flareup in his reignited catfish beef with Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee and Lee’s wife Brittany Furlan.

Radke claimed that Furlan was catfished on social media by someone pretending to be him back in 2025, leading her to show up at Radke‘s place while her marriage with Lee was on the rocks. While tensions appeared to have cooled since then, Furlan‘s alleged implications on social media as of late that Radke may in fact have been behind the catfishing all along led to Radke once again disputing the claims.

In addition to showcasing various evidence he said backed up his side of the story on social media. He is said to have gone so far as to have attempted to file a temporary restraining order against Furlan this past Monday, January 05th, a judge will oversee the matter on January 23rd.

However, that’s not the only drama in the Falling In Reverse camp to spill out online this week. This past Monday, January 05th, saw Radke claim that he fired his former guitarist Max Georgiev in 2024 after being informed of concerning allegations. Radke made the below post on his Instagram story in regards to that:

Ronnie Radke On Max Georgiev

Georgiev responded on Instagram yesterday, January 06th, issuing the following statement:

“To the fans,

I have never done anything illegal with a minor. Fifteen years ago, when I was 23, I still lived in Quebec, Canada.

Since then, I have played for several bands who never mentioned inappropriate behavior on my part.

I have always had great respect for the fans. I have strived to play my heart out for you.”

Radke, whose Instagram account was apparently banned this week in response to this latest bout of controversy, took to livestreaming to address the matter. During that stream — clips of which have been republished below — he speculated that his claims about Georgiev may have been what saw his 1.4 million follower Instagram account newly become disabled.

Radke stated, “Maybe me talking about my old guitar player getting fired for finding out he was hooking up with minors… I think that AI might’ve caught that and was like, ‘You gotta go’.”

In Radke’s stream, he also denied Georgiev‘s claims of his age at the time of the alleged incident per the above-mentioned statement. He further claimed that he was alerted to the allegations via an ex-girlfriend of Georgiev and that he fired him some two days before a tour as a result. Radke said in part of Georgiev:

“This man not only did that, [but] the parents of the minor — 10 years before he was in my band — found out, they confronted him, he lied about his age so he could continue doing that with her. He wasn’t 23, he was older. He’s lying about that.”

The age of consent in Quebec is currently 16 years of age. Georgiev has recently been pursuing a solo track under his own name, issuing several songs so far.
