This is in connection to the killing of 4-year-old Merci Watson, who was shot Dec. 16.
As the investigation has continued, police say they made a major development; Tuesday, they discovered a black BMW 740 Series sedan they say was linked to the incident, leading them to Wright.
U.S. Marshals are offering a $5,000 reward for any information that leads to Wright’s capture. They do say Wright is considered armed and dangerous and has violent tendencies. The community is urged to remain cautious.
