The Gist
Jennifer Lopez wore a striking ruby red look at the Vanity Fair and Amazon MGM Studios Celebrate Awards Season 2026 event in Los Angeles on January 10.
Her Zuhair Murad gown featured strands upon strands of red sequins and a sheer tulle skirt.
She paired the showgirl-coded gown with giant ruby necklace.
Jennifer Lopez seems to be firmly in her showgirl era. And it does make sense. The singer and actress began her Las Vegas residency on December 30—and her show, is, rather appropriately, filled with showgirl looks, including a dramatic sheer black lace catsuit. This weekend, Lopez is taking a break from the life of a showgirl for the Golden Globes—but it seems that while you may be able to take the showgirl out of Vegas, you can’t take the Vegas out of the showgirl. Because her latest look was one of her glitziest, glammiest showgirl looks yet.

Attending the Vanity Fair and Amazon MGM Studios Celebrate Awards Season 2026 event in Los Angeles on January 10, Lopez opted for a bold strapless gown from the Zuhair Murad Fall-Winter 2025 Couture Collection, covered in deep ruby red embroidery and beaded fringing across the bodice, degrading to reveal a sheer tulle skirt decorated with red sequin fringe.

Lopez added even more sparkle to the look wearing Sabyasachi High Jewellery, pairing the statement necklace made with 18k gold and rubellite, amethyst and brilliant cut diamonds, with earrings and a ring in 18k gold with rubellite, old mine cut, and brilliant cut diamonds.
Lopez wore her hair in long, glamorous waves, rocked a deep red lip, and threw on a red fur coat to finish off the look.
Lopez is set to be one of the presenters at the Golden Globes this evening.
