A section of Interstate 293 north in Manchester was shut down early Wednesday morning due to police activity.The highway was closed just after the I-93/I-293 split, shortly after Exit 6 on I-93 southbound, around 1:30 a.m. That area reopened to traffic shortly after 4 a.m.Manchester police told News 9 that State police are handling the situation.
