PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – Portland Police say they are searching for a suspect who shot two officers near NE 17th Ave and NE Clackamas St on Monday night.
Two officers were taken to the hospital after being shot during the incident and are expected to survive, according to PPB.

Roads have been closed to all traffic between Northeast Broadway and Northeast Multnomah Street, Northeast 15th Avenue and Northeast 21st Avenue.
Police are still searching for the suspect. Neighbors have been asked to shelter in place during the investigation.
Anyone who may have information about the suspect or sees anything suspicious within the area is asked to call 911.
