Vice President JD Vance and his wife, Usha Vance, are expanding their family.
On Tuesday, January 20, the couple — who already are parents to sons Ewan, 8, and Vivek, 5, and daughter Mirabel, 3 — shared a joint Instagram statement announcing the news.
“We’re very excited to share the news that Usha is pregnant with our fourth child, a boy,” the statement read. “Usha and the baby are doing well, and we are all looking forward to welcoming him in late July.”
“During this exciting and hectic time, we are particularly grateful for the military doctors who take excellent care of our family and for the staff members who do so much to ensure that we can serve the country while enjoying a wonderful life with our children,” the statement concluded.

“We’re very happy to share some exciting news,” the post’s caption read. “Our family is growing!”
As the National Enquirer previously reported, the politician, 41, and the Second Lady have faced marriage rumors over the last few months, especially after Usha was spotted without her wedding ring in November while visiting a Marine Corps Base Camp with First Lady Melania Trump.
In an interview with USA Today last month, Usha spoke about her ringless outing, explaining, “Sometimes I’m wearing it and sometimes I’ve just been to the gym and showered and I’m not wearing it.”

Usha also addressed the chatter about her and the former Ohio senator’s union.
“I’d rather just sort of live in my marriage and in the real world and less in kind of the fever dreams that surround it,” she told the outlet. “So I mean, it is kind of a family joke, but also not something that I spend very much time thinking about.”
As for JD, he insisted his marriage “is as strong as it’s ever been” in an interview with NBC News published Friday, December 5.
