Goodwin has advised Morrison on its investment in and launch of
Fillex, a new US-based pharmacy logistics platform providing
centralized, automated prescription fulfillment services to retail
pharmacies, grocery chains, e-commerce providers, and health
systems. The investment was made through Morrison Value Add II, the
firm’s global middle-market infrastructure fund focused on
high-growth opportunities. Fillex aims to modernize pharmacy
operations nationwide by leveraging automation and infrastructure
to increase efficiency and improve access to care.
