The first half of this friendly match between the United States and Paraguay has ended. It was a quiet first half, but there was one goal that made up for it. Let’s hope the second half is more exciting.

For all the basketball and womens’s soccer fans out there, here’s some information about a player on the U.S. women’s national team. Trinity Rodman is the daughter of Chicago Bulls legend Dennis Rodman. 

It has been a game with very little action. The United States team has spent most of the time in Paraguay’s half, but the Paraguayan team has defended very well. The game remains goalless with no shots on target. 

Shot-cross from the US team. A great run down the right wing by Trinity Rodman found defender Gisele Thompson, who entered the box and sent in a great shot-cross, but the Paraguayan goalkeeper saved the ball. 

The referee blows his whistle and the match between the United States and Paraguay women’s teams has just begun. Let’s hope it’s an intense and exciting game for both sides and, of course, for the fans of both teams as well.

They are coming off a four-game unbeaten streak and a loss to Portugal. Let’s hope they have a good game tomorrow.
