CRAVEN COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – The Neuse River Bridge in Craven County has been shutdown.
Assistant Emergency Services Director Ira Whitford says that the bridge is iced up and that there have multiple accidents.
A picture from the NCDOT’s webcam at 6:13 a.m. shows first responders on scene.
The NCDOT told WITN just before 8 a.m. that the bridge remains closed and don’t have a timeline for when it will reopen.
