I’m preparing a much longer blog but talking sources just now it sounds like Artemi Panarin could be on the move very quickly… sources tell me that the Rangers have at least one deal that they love… Everyone has gone radio silent so that’s usually a sign that something could be happening soon… if I was the venture a pure guess on this one ….I would look at the Washington Capitals..more to come..
