NEW LENOX, Ill. (WLS) — Police are asking residents of south suburban New Lenox to stay indoors on Saturday morning as authorities search for a burglary suspect.
The Will County Sheriff’s Office posted to Facebook just after 9 a.m., saying multiple police agencies are looking for the suspect, who “fled from another municipality.”

Anyone who lives near Francis and Vine should stay inside, the sheriff’s office said.
Where the burglary happened was not immediately clear, and a description of the suspect was not immediately provided to ABC7.
Police did not immediately say when residents might be able to leave their homes again.
