Medical City Arlington and Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – McKinney have been named among the top 100 hospitals nationwide.

They were among seven Texas hospitals on the list published Jan. 27 by Healthgrades, a health care ratings website.

Healthgrades based its rankings on Medicare data from more than 4,500 hospitals nationwide. The analysis evaluates outcomes for 31 conditions and procedures, from heart attacks to knee replacements, using claims from 2022 through 2024.

The recognition places Medical City Arlington and Baylor Scott & White Medical Center McKinney in the top 2% of hospitals nationwide for consistent clinical excellence, based on risk-adjusted mortality and complication rates for common procedures and conditions.
