Pacific Coast Highway is closed in both directions between East Winding Way and West Winding Way beginning tonight at 8 p.m. on Feb. 2 following a vehicle–pedestrian collision.
Authorities have shut down all lanes in the area as emergency personnel and investigators remain on scene. An estimated time for reopening has not yet been announced, and motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
Early reports indicate the incident may have resulted in a fatality; still awaiting confirmation from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Drivers are urged to use caution when traveling nearby and to stay informed through official traffic and law enforcement updates. We will continue to keep the community informed as more information becomes available.
