CrimeStoppers and police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 72-year-old man who has been missing from his Pearl City care home since Thursday.
Richard Villaruel, who suffers from mental health issues and requires daily medications for his medical conditions, was last seen leaving his care home at about 7 a.m. Thursday.
Police say he has not been seen or heard from since.
His caregivers are concerned for his safety and well-being.
Villaruel is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, with black and silver hair and brown eyes. He is of Filipino ethnicity.
It is unknown what clothing he was wearing.
