BULLSKIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. —

Pennsylvania State Police said one person died Friday in a head-on crash in Fayette County.

The crash happened around 4 p.m. on Route 982 in Bullskin Township.

The coroner’s office said David Lancaster, 50, of Mount Pleasant, died at the scene.
