The 91-story skyscraper is planned for the Gold Coast, a popular seaside destination in the Australian state of Queensland. It will include a “six-star resort-hotel,” 270 apartments, shops, a beach club and a swimming pool, local property developer Altus Property Group said in a statement.

The developers have said the 1,100-foot-tall tower will be the tallest in Australia and marks the first time the Trump Hotels brand will be used in the country. The development has been in discussion for almost 20 years, Altus CEO David Young adds. 

The project is planned to be built by 2030.
