One person was pronounced dead after being critically wounded in an earlier missile strike which directly hit a building in central Tel Aviv earlier Saturday.
22 other wounded were evacuated to receive medical treatment in hospitals, including one in serious and one in moderate condition.
Tel Aviv District’s Fire and Rescue commander said the building partially collapsed due to the attack, and that a fire had broken out at the scene.
He added that eight residents had been rescued from beneath the ruins, and that searches at the scene are still ongoing.
