MADISON, Wis. — UnityPoint Health-Meriter has announced its new market chief nursing officer, effective on Tuesday.
Faye Collins accepted her new role, bringing extensive experience in nursing leadership and healthcare operations.
Collins most recently served as vice president/chief nursing officer at Advocate-Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan County. There, she led clinical operations and nursing strategy across complex care environments.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her master’s degree from UW-Madison. She holds a doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama.

In her new role, Collins will partner with leaders and care teams throughout UnityPoint Health and across the Madison market to drive innovative nursing initiatives while advancing the organization’s values.
