UCLA moved back to the top spot after an impressive weekend in Arlington, Texas. The Bruins beat three ranked SEC teams — Tennessee, Texas A&M and Mississippi State — and already have six wins over likely NCAA Tournament teams (they also have a series sweep over TCU). LSU, which fell to No. 2, beat Dartmouth twice and Northeastern once in Baton Rouge over the weekend after losing to McNeese on Tuesday.
Southern Miss was the biggest mover, jumping from No. 15 to No. 10 after sweeping Louisiana Tech (previously 8-1) in Ruston, La. Vanderbilt, which lost three games at the Las Vegas Classic, dropped out. USC, one of three undefeated teams, entered at No. 24.
