Auditions will be held Tuesday, March 24 beginning at 5:45 p.m. at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
INDIANAPOLIS — So you think you can dance?
The Indiana Fever are hosting auditions later this month to find new members of the “Fever Inferno Hip-Hop Squad,” the team’s official dance team.
The Fever Inferno bring high-energy performances to every home game while also engaging with fans and representing the organization at community events across Indianapolis.Â
“We’re excited to welcome a new group of talented performers who bring energy, personality and passion to Fever basketball,” Indiana Fever COO and general manager Amber Cox said. “The Inferno are an important part of our game-day experience, and they play a great role connecting with fans and representing our team in the community.”
Interested candidates are asked to first register online at fever.wnba.com/fever-inferno-auditions. Then, beginning at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, candidates are asked to complete in-person registration. Auditions are scheduled to begin at 5:45 p.m. at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.Â
Participants should expect to learn choreography and demonstrate their personal style, including freestyle elements. Previous dance experience is helpful, but not required. Tumbling or other unique performance skills are considered a bonus.Â
Anyone who wishes to audition must be at least 18 years old by March 24 and be able to commit to twice-weekly rehearsals beginning in April. They must also be available for all Fever home games during the 2026 WNBA season, including the preseason and postseason.
