Poor new era of Survivor. Fans love to roast it, and in our recent poll of which era viewers liked more, the “old” era of Survivor absolutely trounced the new with an incredible 94 percent of the vote (at time of publishing). But maybe it was a little unfair to compare eras. What if we just compared the new era to… THE NEW ERA!
Not counting the just-started Survivor 50 (which features both old-school and new-school contestants), which new-era installment is the best? Which season from 41 through 49 reigns supreme? I myself have Survivor 45 (in which Dee Valladares emerged victorious) as the best new-era season in my franchise season rankings, but that is just one person’s humble opinion. Am I right? Am I wrong? That is for you to decide!
