The event is Sunday, April 12.

INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana Pacers fans can take part in a unique event ahead of the April 12 game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Pedal to the Pacers presented by Upland Brewing is a police-escorted bike ride along the Indianapolis Cultural Trail that ends at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in time for fans to enjoy pregame activities. 

There’s a pre-ride party at Upland Brewing in Fountain Square, 1201 Prospect St., beginning at 4 p.m. The ride begins at 5 p.m. and concludes with Pacers Tip-Off, where fans can park their bikes with a free valet and grab a drink.

After bikes are parked, riders can cheer on the Pacers in their final home game of the season, hosting the Detroit Pistons. When you buy your game ticket, you can get a limited-edition Pedal to the Pacers T-shirt.
