The ATP Masters 1000 Indian Wells quarterfinals begin with two exciting matchups. In-form Fils takes on Zverev, who holds a strong head-to-head advantage, while rising American Tien faces world-class contender Sinner. With the stakes rising and the semifinal spots on the line, there are some interesting value angles to consider.
ATP Masters 1000 Indian Wells quarterfinals
Fils – Zverev: 12.03.2026 19:00 CEST
H2H: 1-4
Arthur Fils has won four of his last five matches. This week in Indian Wells, Prizmic retired mid-match against the Frenchman in the opening round. In the second round, Fils defeated Fucsovics in straight sets. He served well, not offering any breakpoints. In the third round, the Frenchman defeated Auger-Aliassime in straight sets. Last season in Indian Wells, Fils lost to Medvedev in the quarterfinals in three tight sets.
Alexander Zverev has won four of his last five matches. This week in Indian Wells, Zverev defeated Berrettini in the opening match in straight sets. He offered no breakpoints throughout the match. In the third round, Zverev won a three-set thriller against Nakashima after playing for almost three hours. Tiafoe stood no chance against Zverev in the fourth round. The German won in straight sets, saving both breakpoints. Last season in Indian Wells, Griekspoor upset him in the second round.
Best Bet to Make
According to the bookies, Zverev is the slight favourite in this matchup, and we agree. He leads 4-1 in head-to-head meetings against Fils and has dominated this week against solid hard-court players.
That being said, Zverev winning is a value bet.

Best Bet to Make
According to the bookies, Sinner is the heavy favourite in this matchup, and we agree. Last season in Beijing, Sinner demolished Tien in straight sets. We expect a similar outcome tonight as well.
That being said, Sinner covering the games handicap is a value bet.
