Kate Hudson’s son Ryder is all grown up.
The 22-year-old towered over the “Almost Famous” star while posing on the red carpet at the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscars Party on Sunday night.
He stepped out wearing a black tuxedo paired with a white shirt and ivory silk tie.

Hudson, 46, looked chic in a plunging black cut-out dress.
She accessorized with silver earrings and styled her long blond locks in light waves.
The actress shares Ryder with her ex-husband, Chris Robinson, whom she was married to from 2000 to 2007.

The college senior will soon graduate from New York University in May and plans on following in the footsteps of his famous mother.
Hudson told “Entertainment Tonight” in February that her son “wants to be doing good work” and isn’t “trying to get in front of the camera just to get in front of a camera.”
The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” star also welcomed a now 14-year-old, Bingham, with her ex-fiancé, Matt Bellamy, before they split in 2014 after four years together.

Additionally, Hudson shares a 7-year-old daughter, Rani, with her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa.
She and the musician took their relationship public in 2017 and got engaged in September 2021.
Hudson, meanwhile, turned the Oscars into a family affair, also walking the red carpet with her mom, Goldie Hawn, at the awards ceremony.

The “Bride Wars” star took the fellow actress as her date to the star-studded event, where she was nominated in the best actress category for her role in the 2025 film “Song Sung Blue.”
Other nominees included Rose Byrne for her role in “If I Had Legs I’d Kick You,” Renate Reinsve in “Sentimental Value,” Jessie Buckley in “Hamnet” and Emma Stone in “Bugonia.”
The award ultimately went to Buckley for her role as Agnes Shakespeare in the Chloé Zhao-directed film.
