Travis Kelce has found love with music icon Taylor Swift, but the NFL star’s ex-girlfriend is eyeing ‘The Bachelorette’ after Taylor Frankie Paul’s drama forced the show to postpone its new season.

Prior to meeting Swift, Kelce was in a long-term relationship with influencer Kayla Nicole. However, the pair ended their nearly five-year run together back in May 2022.

Nicole seems ready for a new high-profile relationship, though, after throwing her name into the conversation to star in the next The Bachelorette. This comes shortly after ABC’s whirlwind few weeks that included serious drama involving Paul and her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen.

Kelce and Swift are reportedly set to get married over the summer ahead of the Chiefs star returning to the gridiron. The NFL tight end recently revealed that he has signed a new deal with Kansas City before the 2026 season.

The popular reality TV show was scheduled to debut on March 22, but ABC made the decision to pause the show’s release in light of serious domestic violence allegations against Paul.

At least three cases over as many years have been publicized, including recent incidents leading to police being called back in February. Mortensen also filed for temporary custody of his and Paul’s son.

It’s unclear if Paul’s season of The Bachelorette will ever officially make it onto ABC airwaves. However, the network stands to lose tens of millions of dollars based on estimated production costs for the show.

Meanwhile, Paul and her The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives co-stars have also paused filming on their Hulu hit show. The reality drama recently debuted its fourth season, which followed the cast prior to Paul’s appearance on The Bachelorette.
