Possible EPB internet outage

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — UPDATE: EPB has confirmed all internet customers should be back on as of 4:20AM.

EARLIER: We are working to learn more about a possible internet outage with the Electrical Power Board.

Viewers are reaching out to us with questions concerning an internet outage.

So far all we know is that EPB websites are down and the phone lines are busy.

Local residents affected by the outage have since taken to the company’s Facebook page in an attempt to get answers.

We have reached out to EPB and will keep you updated as we learn more.
