Jharkhand Health Minister Irfan Ansari on Tuesday urged the central government to award Bharat Ratna to former Jharkhand CM Shibu Soren, who passed away yesterday in Delhi. He said, “This is a time of deep grief for me. I have lost a fatherly figure, someone who was my mentor, my inspiration, and my idol. I feel lost, like an orphan. I used to meet him regularly and seek his blessings. He deserves to be honored with the Bharat Ratna, he truly earned it.”
