The Boston Celtics dominated the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series Sunday, winning 123-91.
Boston built an early 23-point lead and never looked back, with its stars leading the way.
Jayson Tatum, playing in his first postseason game since suffering an Achilles injury in last year’s series against the New York Knicks, finished with 25 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists.

Jaylen Brown led all scorers with 26 points, four rebounds and three assists.
Four other Celtics finished in double figures as Boston forced 14 turnovers.
The 76ers played without star center Joel Embiid after his appendectomy.
The Celtics will look to take a 2-0 lead in Game 2 on Tuesday at TD Garden before the series shifts to Philadelphia.
