Now that the 2026 NFL Draft is complete, the Patriots can begin signing undrafted free agents.

The Patriots came out of the draft without taking a wide receiver, guard, center, defensive tackle or safety. They also didn’t select any specialists.
The team has 11 spots on their 90-man roster for undrafted free agents or any additional veteran signings.
The Patriots signed Florida State/Harvard offensive lineman Jake Rizy, a source told the Herald’s Andrew Callahan.
The team added Rizy as a priority free agent with a $5,000 signing bonus. Rizy is an elite athlete (9.88 RAS) for a G/C at 6-5, 304. He played LG, C, RG and RT over the past 2 years at Florida State. He graduated Harvard in spring ’24.
The Patriots are signing Culver-Stockton WR Kyle Dixon, per Jason Hirschhorn of The Leap.
Dixon, who’s 6-foot-4, 215 pounds, caught 83 passes for 1,282 yards with 12 touchdowns in 2025.
TCU CB Channing Canada is singing with the Patriots, per NFL reporter Aaromn Wilson. Canada is 6-foot-1 and started every game last season. He had one interception and another pass breakup.
North Texas wide receiver Cameron Dorner is joining the Pats. He’s a 6-foot-1, 195-pound target who had 50 catches for 845 yards and six touchdowns last year.
The Patriots are adding to their backfield with UCF RB Myles Montgomery, a former team captain who had 705 rushing yards and four touchdowns last year, per Ethan Hurwitz.
James Madison WR Nick DeGennaro is signing with the Patriots, according to a team spokesperson. DeGennaro is a former transfer from Maryland and Richmond. He ran a 4.39 in the 40-yard dash at his Pro Day.
