A 9,600-square-foot house on Lake Winnipesaukee with its own former nine-hole par-3 golf course and a boathouse is scheduled for foreclosure auction next week.

The Moultonborough property, known as Kona Farm, spans 86 acres just inland from the lake’s shore on the Moultonborough Neck peninsula. It was once part of a far larger 2,500-acre spread, of which 321 acres has since become the state-owned Kona Wildlife Area.
