EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – The L.E. Phillips memorial public library had a unique visitor stop by Thursday.
A black bear was seen walking up to the window of the library and sniffing around a bit, before it went closer to the woods.
The Eau Claire Police Department says if anyone sees the bear, please give it plenty of space and avoid interacting with it.
Local authorities are monitoring the situation.
