As the low pressure drags out the clouds and rain out to our east, the sun will reappear late in the day, which will warm the area up to the 60s to near 70 degrees after spending the morning in the 50s.

Sunshine remains present heading into Tuesday as temperatures skyrocket to the 70s near 80 degrees.
We stay dry on both Tuesday and Wednesday with Wednesday being another day in the 70s to near 80 degrees with partly sunny conditions.

As mentioned, Wednesday looks dry for the most part.
A cold front moves through midweek, sending the temperatures by Thursday into the 60s. There will be possible afternoon rain showers.
