LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Little Rock native Moses Moody is making a trip back home to host a series of community events through the Motivate One Foundation from July 18-25, with a special guest.

The former Razorback and NBA champion will be bringing along his teammate and four-time NBA Champion Stephen Curry as the “Motivate One Summer Series” approaches this summer.

Moody was the 14th overall pick by the Golden State Warriors in the 2021 NBA Draft, where he won his first NBA Championship with Curry who is a 2-time league MVP and all-time NBA leader for most 3-point field goals made in a career.

He is the founder of the Motivate One Foundation, which is a registered 501 (c)(3) organization that connects with young people to empower them through mentorship, education, and opportunity.

Over the course of the scheduled set of community events, youth, families, community leaders, and supporters alike will benefit from a slew of opportunities that the foundation is providing for all ages.

Saturday, July 18 – Community Food Distribution with Convoy of Hope

Moses Moody and the Motivate One Foundation will host their second community food distribution in Little Rock, Arkansas, in partnership with Convoy of Hope and the Watershed Family Resource Center to provide meals and essential household supplies as announced earlier this year.

Friday, July 24 – A Golf Tournament, A VIP Mixer, and “A Night with Moses Moody”

The weekend officially begins on Friday with a series of special events featuring Moses Moody and Stephen Curry. More details about these events, including ticket availability starting Friday, May 15, at mosesmoody.com.

Saturday, July 25 – Coached by The Pros Camp, Youth Basketball Camp & Moses Moody Day Summit and Trades for Life Event

Moses will host a basketball camp, offering skill-building sessions, character development activities, friendly competition, and lunch.

Stephen Curry will join Moody to provide hands-on coaching and mentorship both on and off the court.
