Chuck Dawley partially closed for water main break

MOUNT PLEASANT — A lane of traffic on Chuck Dawley Boulevard is closed after an apparent water main break, Mount Pleasant police said.

One eastbound lane near MUSC’s Chuck Dawley Medical Park was closed at 3:42 p.m. on May 31, according to a social media statement from police. It’s unclear whether the break is affecting the medical park.

Waterworks is on the way, but the statement did not estimate how long repairs could take.
