Two men face charges in a robbery at a Suffolk business, with one of the suspects linked to another earlier burglary a month earlier, police say.

SUFFOLK, Va. — Suffolk police have arrested two men in connection with a June 3 robbery at a business in the 1200 block of North Main Street.

Police said Elijah L. Sessoms, 20, of Suffolk, was arrested June 5. Kavion D. Johnson, 29, of Suffolk, was arrested June 4 in connection with the same incident.

Investigators also determined Sessoms was involved in another burglary at the same business back on May 2.

Sessoms faces charges including robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, conspiracy to commit a felony, breaking and entering, destruction of property, and possession of burglary tools. Johnson is charged with robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and conspiracy to commit a felony.

Both men are being held at Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
