Power outages are being reported across Western Pennsylvania as storms with strong winds move through the Pittsburgh region on Thursday evening.Duquesne Light was reporting outages for more than 34,000 customers across Allegheny and Beaver counties as of 5:30 p.m. That number includes more than 23,000 in the city of Pittsburgh.Some of the hardest-hit areas outside the city include Coraopolis (2,200 outages), West Mifflin (2,000), Homestead (1,300) and Beaver (1,000).West Penn Power was reporting more than 15,000 outages in western Pennsylvania.
